This morning (Saturday, December 28, 2015) the Ordinary General Assembly and the Extraordinary Assembly of the Association to review the agenda of presenting the performance report of the Board, reviewing the financial statements of the Association ending September 22, 2015, selecting the main and alternate inspectors, determining the widely circulated newspaper and subject The membership review in the Iranian Chamber of Commerce was held at the Olympic Hotel.
According to the public relations of the Association of Manufacturers of Polyethylene Pipes and Fittings, at the beginning of the meeting, Diane Pay welcomed the members of the association and asked for the formation of the board of directors of the assembly. Sadeghpour was the first observer, Masoud Rashidi was the second observer and Hossein Mohammadi was elected as the secretary of the meeting.
With the election of the board of directors, the first paragraph of the agenda, ie the report of the board of directors, was read by Jamalian. Then, Ms. Rafiei, the Association’s accountant, read the financial statements up to September 22, 2015, and after her, Afshar, the Association’s inspector, read her report and approved the financial statements.
The Assembly approved the financial statements of the Association by a majority of votes so that it was time to elect the Chief Inspector and alternate.
To select an inspector, under the supervision of a representative of the Ministry of Labor, voting tariffs were distributed among the members of the association. . Information newspaper also remained as the most widely circulated newspaper of the association with a majority of votes.
With the election of the inspector, the ordinary general assembly of the association ended and the extraordinary assembly began with the agenda of the association’s membership in the Iranian Chamber of Commerce. After discussion, the General Assembly agreed to change the Articles of Association, and except for the membership of the Association in the Iranian Chamber of Commerce, other proposed changes of the Board of Directors were approved by the General Assembly.
The members of the association were honored for their cooperation in the final part of the assembly, and in this part, the services of Tavakoli, the former secretary general of the association, were appreciated and honored.
